Payment Policy

Currency and pack prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The 4-pack costs $39.99 and the 6-pack costs $59.99. Your final order total, including any shipping and taxes applied to the purchase, appears at checkout before payment.

PayPal

When PayPal is available at checkout, payments are processed through the WooCommerce PayPal Standard integration. Follow the PayPal prompts to authorize payment. PayPal may offer additional payment methods depending on your account, location and eligibility. A PayPal password is never requested by email or stored by Lavoitair.

Payment confirmation

We begin processing after successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or is canceled, check your PayPal activity before trying again to avoid a duplicate payment. Contact us with your order number if you are unsure whether a payment was completed.

Refunds and payment questions

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after an authorized return is received and inspected. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. See our returns policy for eligibility and return instructions.
