These terms apply to purchases made through the Lavoitair store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website, without affecting rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Products and pricing
Our plug-in air purifier device is available as a 4-pack for $39.99 and a 6-pack for $59.99. Prices are in US dollars. Each pack contains the selected number of matching devices. Shipping charges and any taxes applied to an order are displayed before payment. Product photos illustrate appearance; minor differences in lighting, screen color and packaging may occur.
Product information and proper use
This is a compact ionizer-style plug-in product. We do not represent it as a HEPA filtration system, a medical device, an ozone-free certified product, or a treatment for allergies or disease. No independently verified room coverage, particle removal percentage or formaldehyde removal rate is promised. Follow the electrical rating and supplied instructions. Use only in suitable dry indoor conditions, keep ventilation clear, keep away from water, and unplug before cleaning. Do not modify or open the electrical housing. It does not replace ventilation, appropriate filtration or professional advice.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. If an item cannot be supplied or a clear pricing error occurs, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation and refund rather than make an unapproved substitution.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Processing takes 1–3 business days, with estimated transit of 3–4 business days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Return or exchange requests may be made within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy. Contact us immediately for cancellation; dispatched orders follow the return process.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful shopping and information purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or misuse another person’s information. Store content may not be copied for commercial reuse without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Responsibility and applicable rights
We are responsible for supplying products as described and addressing confirmed defects or fulfillment errors under the policies above.
