Shipping Policy

We want you to know what happens between placing your order and receiving your Lavoitair pack. All timeframes below are in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order processing: 1–3 business days

After your payment is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. If an unexpected stock or address issue affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping: 3–4 business days

Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–4 business days. The typical total timeframe is therefore 4–7 business days from confirmed payment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays and other exceptional events may cause delays.

Destinations and shipping charges

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available delivery methods and the shipping charge are displayed before you pay. Standard shipping is currently free for eligible US addresses accepted at checkout. If a destination cannot be serviced, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled order rather than substitute an unapproved delivery arrangement.

Tracking and delivery details

A dispatch update and tracking information will be provided when available. Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take time to update.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is late, shows delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and relevant photos where available. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when a delivery problem is confirmed. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
